Walter has founded and worked for a number of award winning design and web agencies. His clients included Rolex, Levis, Warren Miller Entertainment, Denver Nuggets, Evian, Hyatt and Kellogg’s. Walter is currently working with uxboulder.co and designacademy.co on projects in education, wellness, and community. Sarah is a vintage blogger (circa 1997), professional copywriter, an exceptionally demanding classical ballet teacher, and a shameless hoarder of tech swag. Natalie MacLees
Natalie MacLees is a front-end web developer and UI designer and is founder + principal of the interactive agency, Purple Pen Productions. In 2012 she published jQuery for Designers with Packt Publishing. She founded and runs the jQuery LA Users’ Group and together with Noel Saw she heads up theSouthern California WordPress User’s Group, organizing WordPress meetups, help sessions, and workshops. Matt is the lead developer at Alley Interactive and has spoken at WordCamps around the country. He has developed solutions for a vast number of companies and publishers. Mark has been working with technology since 1993. The last decade he has been the Director of Technology for school districts. One of his duties is maintaining the district’s web presence. Mark has been a fan of WordPress for about five years. He has spoken at WordCamp ABQ and at education technology conferences. In his spare time(yah right) he works with small and medium business on developing and implementing an online marketing strategy.

Jaffe Worley
Jaffe is the current Web Manager for Microsoft Open Technologies. Running all of their internal and forward facing web properties on WordPress multisite. He also co-hosts a web show called WebCampsTV which can be found on MSDN’s Channel9. Jaffe has been using WordPress since 2.7 and loves to hold it in his arms when he sleeps at night. He is the creator and maintainer of the foundation_s base theme and one of the most amazing plugins that only 3 people have ever seen… While not working, Jaffe is hard at work sitting on his couch watching countless hours of movies and weeping into ice cream. jaffe75

Christoph Trappe
Christoph has lived in Eastern Iowa since 1995 after moving to Iowa City from Germany. He’s currently United Way of East Central Iowa’s VP of Communications and Innovation. He’s worked as a newspaper reporter, produced training videos for banks and credit unions throughout the United States, conducted staff training and developed new products for The Gazette Company in Cedar Rapids.

Alex King
An original contributor to the WordPress project, Alex started his web career in the mid-90s in Silicon Valley. He has created dozens of popular WordPress plugins and themes. His experience includes enterprise and consumer start-ups, roles in design, user experience, development and web application architecture. In 2003 he relocated to Denver, CO where he founded Crowd Favorite, one of the world’s largest WordPress development firms. Crowd Favorite is proud to have pioneered drag-and-drop page layouts for WordPress with Carrington Build and have solved WordPress content deployment with RAMP.
Alex is also the co-founder BackupMoxie and CloudMoxie – providers of bespoke WordPress backup and hosting solutions. Previous, Alex co-founded FeedLounge, created ShareThis and founded WordPress HelpCenter.
